Jack in the Box
	This machine works well on all but first player, this 
is most likely due to a problem on the ball index.  When played 
with 2 or more players it starts and stops normally.   When played 
as a one player, after the last ball it stops counting points, but 
keeps kicking out the ball.  Once that's solved I'll then spend 
more time on creating a translight to replace the missing backglass.
